CPR session for Y6 children
In PSHE this term, the children are learning how to stay safe offline. Last week, they learnt about accident and emergencies. This week, the focus was on how to deal with an emergency. With the help of Mr Walledge, a qualified First Aid trainer, the children were able to learn the basics of CPR. They were then able to practice their skills on adults, children and babies before learning how to put someone into the recovery position.
