World Book Day
Year 3 and 4 had a fantastic World Book Day. They all enjoyed listening to the story “The Tea Party in the Woods” and using their inference skills to think about what the little girl might be saying and thinking in different parts of the story. The children also enjoyed creating their own tea party menu for one and used their times table knowledge to find out how much of each food item they would need. In the afternoon, the children decorated face masks for animals in the story then came together as a bubble to have a parade, just like Kikko in the story.
